NOTE: In order to process your Team Discount application you need a MAT Action account, if you don't have one please follow the next steps before applying for a discount:
1. Go to https://www.mataction.com/us-open
2. Click "Create Account" on the top right. Make sure you use the email you'll be using as a team leader.
3. You will need to verify your email in order to activate your account, click the "Verify email address" buton on the email you will get from MAT Action.
4. You'll be forwarded to MAT Action, just close the window and come back to this page and fill out the application.
