All competitors must turn in a completed US-Open-Disney-WAIVER in order to pick up their competition materials from Advance Registration Pickup. You can speed it up by having your waiver already filled-in! Kids must have their form signed by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN. If you registered using a group/team discount code and your Team Leader will be picking up your group’s registration packages he/she will need to have the entire group’s Disney Waivers.
