2023 SEMINAR OPTIONS

Both Sessions: Students who register for both sessions at the JPM Legacy Seminar will have the ideal training experience. Across the three hours, they will be exposed to a wider variety of forms and weapons content or will have access to both special point fighting sessions titled “Offense Made Easy” and “Championship Defense”. Students will also have the option to swtich between forms, weapons, and point fighting across the two sessions. Taking both sessions will also give students the opportunity to work with more of our world class athletes as they rotate through the sessions.

Session Black: This is the first session of the JPM Legacy Seminar that will take place from 10:00 – 11:30 AM local time. Forms and weapons students will have the opportunity to train with almost every active Team Paul Mitchell member for bo, nunchaku, kama, sword, traditional forms, or CMX forms (including tricking). Point fighting students will get to train with Coach Gilbert, Alex Mancillas, and Katarina Herman in a special session called “Offense Made Easy”. This is the only time that Offense Made Easy will be offered during the seminar. The forms and weapons content will be different for each of the two sessions, so it is highly recommended to attend both sessions for the optimal training experience.

Session White: This is the second session of the JPM Legacy Seminar that will take place from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM local time. Forms and weapons students will have the opportunity to train with almost every active Team Paul Mitchell member for bo, nunchaku, kama, sword, traditional forms, or CMX forms (including tricking). Point fighting students will get to train with Coach Gilbert, Alex Mancillas, and Katarina Herman in a special session called “Championship Defense”. This is the only time that Championship Defense will be offered during the seminar. The forms and weapons content will be different for each of the two sessions, so it is highly recommended to attend both sessions for the optimal training experience.
